It's just one of those humid days, but no sunshine, here in Chicago today. Although I have been waiting for the warmer weather, this type of rainy, humid weather makes me want to stay in my room and just work on this huge research paper that I have due tomorrow. I decided to spice things up here in the dorm room by inventing my own Iced Coffee. Carolyn seemed to have enjoyed it :)
I use a Keurig Cup coffee machine, so I made a cup of Breakfast Blend by Starbucks. After adding Half & Half to the coffee, instead of adding sugar I cut up tiny pieces of chocolate and put them in (make sure to mix the drink while putting the chocolate in or the chocolate will get stuck at the bottom). Then put it in the fridge for at least 6-12 hours (I made this last night than put it together this morning), add some whipped cream on top with cinnamon sugar! Such a great way to start the day.
Now off to do that paper...
